[Robin could only watch as he drifted farther away. She'd dared hope for once that she'd found someone who wouldn't abandon her. And now he was being drug off and he didn't even care. It hurt inside. So she pulled out her pokègear and responded to his video with a video of her own.]

I knew you'd leave me. [She stuck out her tongue for a second as well, then shut off the video.]

[And Luffy sulks and struggles a little, trying to fight the balloon into lowering him some.]

I'LL COME BACK LATER! I'm gonna play with it first--

[Aaaaand he drops his pokégear. Oops. Okay, yelling then.]

ROBIIINNNN! CAN YOU GET THAT?

[Robin was busy turning away from him, eyes closed, arms folded across her chest. Still, it's hard to ignore Luffy yelling. She looked back in time to see the small dot- his pokègear- falling from the sky. She told herself she ought to just walk away. She could make it to Violet City and meet up with the Dai Gurenn Dan for protection. She could even hide on her own.

But it made her sad.

Huffing, she turned again and hurried to the area his gear would have fallen.]

Boys are stupid. [said to no one in particular]

[And now he can't contact her besides screaming. He glares at the pokémon carrying him off, and then down at Robin, who's shrinking...

Wait a minute... He doesn't want to go this high!]

Stupid balloon! Lemme go!

[Well... throwing these things usually worked. So he grabbed Marimo and chucked it at the balloon.

...and the three of them headed straight for the ground... Loudly.]

[Looks up curiously, just... watching as they all come crashing down. She doesn't even move, because they'll land next to her somewhere.]

[And it's definitely a little heap of tangled limbs and stupidity. Luffy winces and checks his hat while he rubs his head, the metapod on his stomach, drifloon still latched onto his arm.]

Stupid balloon... Hi Robin!

[Arrives just in time--he had to leave the counter at the store to go sprinting after the idiot--]

Luffy, you retard! What the hell are you doing playing with that shitty monster!?

[She's not gonna come outright and say "Moron" but if you're half perceptive, you can see that she's thinking it. Have your pokègear back. Oh, right. And also-]

Lickitung, sit on it.

[Because a little passive restraint is never a terrible thing when it comes to thieving pokèmon.]

[Sanji grimaces at the Luffy pile, reaching into his pocket.]

...Well, I guess he can't have any if he's being a dumbass. [Drawing his hand out of his pocket, he pulled out two bags of cotton candy.]

Robin-chan. [And, he held them both out for her.]

From:

[Robin looks at Sanji with a mix of curiosity, doubt, and childish greed. It is candy, after all. But it might be drugged.]

I don't like sweets.

[Well, it isn't a complete lie.]

Heeeey!

[And he tries to disentangle himself from the drifloon and grabs onto its leg just so it doesn't get away.]

Bastard! I want some!

From:

[He shook it in front of Robin, smiling.] Don't worry. I only mess with the stuff the idiot eats. [Of course, he whispered this to Robin.]

We wouldn't be able to get around the routes if I didn't.

From:

[She takes one of the bags, pulls a chunk of the fluffy, sticky treat off with her fingers, then holds the rest of it out for Luffy.]

[And as Marimo retreats into his pokeball again, he just tugs the balloony thing over as he walks towards the two, for the candy--

Only to have it backfire and start pulling him away.]

Robin-chan, you shouldn't give him extra-- [He was about to reach over and smack Luffy--but then, a zubat burst out of its pokeball, screeching. Hearts in its eyes, the Zubat latched onto Sanji's face, gently biting him affectionately.]

MMMRRRPHHHH!!

[Luffy's being pulled away, Sanji's being attacked by a bat. Robin can't decide which one is more upsetting, and really REALLY misses her Devil's Fruit ability for the upteenth time that day.

Lickitung came up beside her just then, and she got an idea.]

Lickitung! Grab Luffy!

[She fished around in her pack for her other pokèball and released her newly acquired and now fully healthy Geodude.]

Geodude! Help Sanji!

[And Luffy's definitely distracted, laughing at Sanji and his bat. Up until Robin summoned her Lickitung and planned on getting things under control.

Yet... Luffy just waved stupidly.]

Hiiii Tongue-thing!

[Sanji's just trying not to pull it off with his hands--since he'd sadly prefer protecting his hands instead of his face.]

Mpprrhhh!! [He can't even give a command to Hitmonlee, who watches with an apathetic, lazy stare.]

[And then he sees the Geodude floating in the air past the flailing Zubat and his eye bulges.]

[Geodude wound up and threw a punch at Zubat with all of his Level 6 might...

And missed.

But not completely.

He looked confused when he pulled his fist back covered in human blood.]

G- Geo?

[Lickitung unraveled his tongue, latching it onto Luffy's arm and curling the tip to make extra sure he doesn't let go. He starts pulling, trying to get Luffy to come back.]

From:

[Luffy's caught between cringing and laughing at the slimy tongue holding on, but it's easily defeating the little drifloon trying to steal him. Luffy slowly heads back down to earth.]

[The pink creature waved excitedly, the rolls Luffy up into its tongue, moving to nuzzle his face affectionately. Robin stomped her foot.]

Oi, Lickitung, no! You'll hurt him!

[As can be expected, Lickitung paid her no mind.]
