[There's a metapod sitting there, blinking almost. It looks pretty mad, but it's also... glowing a little... Luffy's having a bit of trouble holding the Gear up to focus on the thing--
and in a flash! Luffy falls, and the Metapod... is no longer a Metapod. Luffy's first pokémon ever just evolved...
And that Butterfree does not look happy.]
FREEEEE!!!!
Whoaaa--
[It dives towards the gear, and Luffy drops it, scurrying away from his things and the new butterfly pokémon. It flaps its wings harshly and screeches at Luffy. He attempts to stand, but by the bewildered look on his face, he has been confused. When he reaches for the thing, or his hat--he doesn't even know what his hands are aiming for--Butterfree smacks his arms away with his wings, and then--
a small blue trail...
And Luffy passes out. He's just going to drool on his Gear. He'll wake up in an hour or so.]
